Cleveland’s Original Clambake
Chef Comella began building the family business in 1944 by selling Clambakes, allowing Clevelander's to enjoy great food with family and friends throughout the fall season. Our clams arrive from the Eastern Coastlines, full of meat and a sweet taste of the sea. Our Original Chef Comella's Clambake provides one dozen Wild Middleneck Clams, Ohio Sweet Corn, Fresh Local Chicken halves and beautiful Louisiana Sweet Potatoes as well as local fresh made cole slaw, rolls, butter and all of your paper products. A complete set of instructions will make your bake easy and memorable for all.
Chef Comella’s Clambakes are offered in Original, Specialty or Combination bakes. Combinations include Live Lobster, King Crab, Lobster Tails as well as our restaurant quality Sirloin and Strip bakes.

To order your clambake, you can place it online our clambake website: Neoclambakes.com and add the items to your cart, Or call 440-951-6448 to speak to a representative.

Our rule of thumb is if it’s 15 or more: please place your orders at least a week ahead. If 15 or LESS: please give us a few days’ notice.
The last day to adjust your order is 12PM the day before. -
We charge all phone orders with the card given, 24 hours before pickup.

Market Hours: 8am – 1PM

Equipment can be rented from EFC:
- We provide a steamer and/or pot with the purchase of 6 or more clambakes, burners available. Leave it to us to assign you the right sized equipment, depending on your purchase.
- We do not provide propane tanks.
- We require a deposit on all equipment, returned to you upon return.
- Open for returns Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.
